Josef has spent his career at the intersection of business strategy and Agile delivery. He started at BMW, where he saw organisations waste millions building the wrong thing. That experience never left him.

At Gartner, he advised some of the world's most complex organisations on their digital transformation journeys. But advising from the outside wasn't enough. He wanted to be the person in the room making the hard calls, closing the gap between boardroom ambition and delivery reality.

That's why he founded Quantum of Value with Allison. Because sustainable change requires both clear strategy and the courage to execute it. Josef doesn't just advise. He walks with you, and he's been the one holding the pen when the decisions get made.
