What we do
Expert coaching for leaders and teams who need to perform, adapt and deliver. We help you cut through complexity, see what matters, challenge what’s getting in the way, and turn insight into action.
Service 01
Understand what is really happening and what needs to change.
Long before GPS, navigators read the stars to find their true position when maps were unreliable. Senior delivery leaders face the same challenge today. The dashboards say one thing, the standups say another, and the organisation still cannot commit with confidence. Read the Stars gives you a clear, independent fix on where you actually are, so you can chart the way forward.
Senior digital and technology leaders who need an experienced, independent voice to help them see what is really happening and make better decisions.
You are accountable for delivery, but you are navigating competing priorities, missed commitments, organisational friction, or a lack of confidence in what is really happening.
What do I need to understand, challenge, or change to improve the performance of my organisation?
Executive assessment. A rapid assessment of the leadership, delivery and organisational issues currently affecting performance.
Delivery insight. Delivery data and organisational signals are read to test assumptions and pinpoint exactly where intervention is needed.
Monthly coaching. Confidential sessions focused on your most pressing live challenges, not generic coaching topics.
Action between sessions. Clear priorities and next steps for you to take forward, not just a good conversation.
Clearer priorities
Greater confidence in what is really happening
Better leadership decisions
Earlier visibility of delivery risk
Stronger stakeholder influence
A more effective approach to improving organisational performance
Initial assessment, then bi-weekly coaching sessions for three or six months. Extra sessions available on demand.
Service 02
Align what your teams deliver to what actually matters.
Every ship needs a fixed point to steer by, or speed just means moving fast in the wrong direction. Many engineering organisations are the same: busy, productive, and still missing the mark commercially. True North re-aligns your delivery to the outcomes your business actually needs.
Senior digital and technology leaders whose strategy is getting lost between the boardroom and delivery.
Your teams are delivering, but the board is not convinced. Your metrics look good on a slide but do not translate into commercial confidence.
Are we measuring, and delivering, what the business actually needs?
Metric assessment. A review of current delivery against real commercial outcomes.
Commercial alignment. Delivery priorities are reset against the goals that matter most to the business this quarter.
Monthly coaching. Confidential sessions focused on your live decisions.
Action between sessions. Clear priorities and next steps for you to take forward, not just a good conversation.
Metrics the board actually trusts
Delivery priorities aligned to commercial goals
Faster credibility with senior stakeholders
A clearer story of value, not just velocity
Confidence in your own decisions
A repeatable way to keep alignment as priorities shift
Initial assessment, then bi-weekly coaching sessions for three or six months. Extra sessions available on demand.
Service 03
Make your first ninety days count.
Every navigator knows that first light is when the horizon finally becomes visible, the moment scattered shapes resolve into a coastline you can actually chart against. New leaders face the same moment. You have inherited an organisation, a transformation, or a portfolio, and everything looks unclear until you get your first real fix on it. New Horizon gives you that fix fast, so your first ninety days build credibility instead of just building a to do list.
New or recently promoted CTOs, CIOs, CPOs, Heads of Engineering, Digital Directors and Transformation Leaders stepping into an organisation.
You have inherited an organisation, transformation, or portfolio, and you need to understand it quickly, establish credibility, and decide what to change.
How do I become effective quickly, without spending my first year discovering the problems the hard way?
Domain assessment. A rapid assessment of your starting point: performance, expectations, stakeholders, leadership and delivery risks.
The ninety day leadership agenda. Working together to decide what to protect, what to stop, what to change, what to investigate, where you personally need to intervene, and what can wait.
Monthly coaching. Confidential sessions focused on real situations as they happen, from difficult stakeholder conversations to leadership team dynamics.
Action between sessions. Clear priorities and next steps for you to take forward, not just a good conversation.
A clear view of the domain
A prioritised leadership agenda
Greater confidence in decision making
Stronger stakeholder relationships
Clarity about where and when to intervene
A practical plan for improving organisational performance
Weekly coaching over three months.
Bespoke
Not every challenge fits neatly into a service. We’ve worked across digital, product and transformation, helping organisations navigate complex delivery challenges, build better ways of working and turn ideas into reality. We’ve also built digital and AI products ourselves, so we understand the challenges from both sides.
If you’re facing something that doesn’t fit one of our services, let’s talk. Tell us what you’re trying to solve and we’ll explore how we could help.

Engagement FAQ
Coaching can be useful whenever you’re facing something that would benefit from a different perspective — a new role, a difficult decision, a transformation, or simply the desire to lead more effectively. You don’t need to have a problem to solve.
We spend 30 minutes talking about what you’re facing, what you want to achieve and where we might be able to help. We’ll share our perspective and answer any questions you have. There’s no obligation and no hard sell.
That depends on what you’re working through. Coaching can help you think more clearly, make better decisions, navigate complexity, build confidence and turn your thinking into action. We’ll agree what success looks like at the outset.
The relationship matters. That’s why the first conversation is as much for you to get a feel for us as it is for us to understand you. We’ll be open about how we work and you can decide whether it feels right.
Yes. Coaching conversations are confidential and create a space where you can speak openly and honestly. If your organisation is sponsoring the coaching, we’ll agree upfront what, if anything, is shared with them.
Let’s talk
Thirty minutes, no obligation, just an honest conversation about your situation and some practical thinking on what might help. If there’s a fit, we can take it from there.
