Where I was
Every sprint was a scramble. I was spending 80% of my time in status meetings, stitching together updates from Jira, Confluence, and spreadsheets. My team was burning out. I was burning out. We had no visibility into what was actually happening, no confidence in our forecasts, and no strategy beyond "move faster."
What we did
Allison helped me redesign how my teams plan and communicate. She coached me on how to lead differently. Less control, more trust. Week by week, in our 90-minute sessions, I rebuilt my approach. Where I am now
Sprint predictability went from ±4 months to ±4 weeks. My team's engagement scores are the highest in the division. We shipped three major features without a single slip. And I got promoted to SVP. More than the title, I'm a different leader. I see my team differently. I see myself differently.
